Armor 321 is a fitness company dedicated to creating accessible, adaptive, inclusive, and evidence-based fitness programs designed specifically for seated athletes and standing partners. Whether seated or standing, beginner or advanced, at home or in the gym, our programs are designed to support a variety of fitness levels and needs
The mission of Armor 321 is to empower seated athletes and standing partners to take control of their health by providing accessible, adaptive, inclusive, and evidence-based fitness programs.
Armor 321 fitness programs are designed specifically to meet the needs of seated athletes. Each fitness program also provides a side-by-side standing option so seated athletes and standing partners can work out together. Our fitness programs focus on upper body progressive resistance training, core strengthening, and cardiovascular endurance while providing a comprehensive workout plan that improves strength, stability, and mobility. Armor 321 offers beginner and intermediate/advanced programs to meet a variety of fitness levels.
Armor 321 fitness programs are designed by a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) with a board-certified Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) and additional certification as an Adaptive and Inclusive Trainer (AIT). In addition, the fitness programs are reviewed by external Doctors of Physical Therapy (DPTs) to ensure best practice fitness programming.

Fitness Programs
Currently, Armor 321 offers access to our initial Dumbbell Programs. The Dumbbell Programs are designed for seated athletes and standing partners. The program offers fitness options for both the beginner and intermediate/advanced levels. These workouts can be completed at home or in the gym using a light, medium, and heavy set of dumbbells.
Absolutely! Armor 321 programs are designed to be flexible, allowing you to complete the workouts either in the comfort of your own home or at the gym.
You will need enough space to lie down and roll to your right and left.
The programs are between 20 and 35 minutes each for the follow along programs.
No, each program is designed for you to work out by yourself. One of the four programmed days does require transfer to and from the floor.
Armor 321 fitness programs are specifically designed to be accessible, inclusive, adaptive, and evidence-based in order to meet the needs of both seated athletes and standing partners.
Athletes who lack grip strength should not sign up for the dumbbell programs as dropping a dumbbell could cause injury. Please refer to the Dumbbell Program Sample video for workout examples.
Equipment Requirements
A light, medium, and heavy set of dumbbells, a hand towel, and a full-size towel. We also recommend a water bottle.
This will be based on each user’s unique fitness level. The heavy weights will be used for bent over rows and bench press while the light weights will be used for reverse flys.
We prefer Rubber Hex dumbbells.
